PPH25M Thermocouple Connectors with Compensating Contacts

Chromel / alumel contacts · 4 to 47 contacts · −60 to +200 °C

PPH25M connectors carry thermocouple signals without adding measurement error: contacts are made of thermocouple alloys — chromel (X), alumel (A) and nickel-copper (K) — so the junction through the connector stays matched to the thermocouple wire. PPH25M is rated from −60 to +200 °C; PPH25AM from −60 to +150 °C.

Frequently asked questions

Why use thermocouple-alloy contacts?

A copper contact in a thermocouple circuit creates extra junctions and measurement error. PPH25M contacts are made of the same alloys as the thermocouple wire, so the signal passes through unchanged.
