High-Current Electrical Feedthroughs

Sealed power feedthroughs that carry 105 to 1000 A through vacuum chambers and pressure vessels — NPT-sealed, O-ring sealed and custom designs.

Semiconductor tools, vacuum furnaces, compressors and power equipment in pressure vessels need to pass high current through a sealed wall without leaks or breakdown.

Our feedthrough studs mould a copper stud into epoxy insulation inside a brass or stainless-steel body. Standard models carry 105 to 1000 A with 5000 VAC withstanding voltage, and every unit is pressure-tested; leak rate is below 1 × 10⁻⁸ Pa·m³/s at 0.1 MPa differential.

How to choose

Current

Standard models 105, 275, 500, 750 and 1000 A; custom designs beyond.

Sealing method

NPT tapered thread (brass body) or O-ring (stainless body).

Temperature and media

Standard −40 to +130 °C; custom flange feedthroughs to +170 °C. Choose O-ring material for your media.

Connection

Threaded studs with nuts, or crimp lugs on custom designs.

Options beyond the standard connector

Hermetic signal connectors

Glass-sealed multi-contact receptacles.

High-voltage connectors

J599HV pluggable power connectors to 300 A.

Frequently asked questions

Are the feedthroughs tested?

Yes — every unit is pressure-tested at 0.8 ± 0.05 MPa, and type tests cover ≥ 8 MPa.
