What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company, country and the details you provide, including any drawings or files. With a form inquiry we also record the time, the page you came from and your IP address, to stop spam and abuse. Website measurement is described below.

Where it is stored

Form inquiries are stored in a database on Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and emailed to our sales team. Spam protection on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Why we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and follow up on your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website visits, successful inquiries and clicks on our sales email links. Analytics events do not include your name, email address, company or inquiry message. Product information is limited to public catalogue names or a general category.

European visitors can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies using our consent banner. We remember this choice in your browser's local storage. Consent defaults to denied in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and to granted elsewhere. When consent is denied, Google may receive limited measurements without analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the inquiry, the business relationship and our legal obligations.
