Custom Connectors and Cable Assemblies
Every series on this site can be customized. We make shells, contacts and insulators in our own factory, so we can change a configuration or design a new connector for your equipment and supply samples before series production.
What we can customize
Contact count and layout
Add, remove or mix contact sizes, coax, fiber and power contacts in an existing shell, or design a new insert.
Cable assemblies
Connectors terminated or vulcanized to your cable, length, branch layout and pin-out, including subsea and shielded harnesses.
Materials and finishes
Aluminum, stainless steel, titanium or composite shells; nickel, cadmium-free, passivated or marine finishes; special seal materials.
Backshells and mounting
Straight, 90° or 45° backshells, cable clamps, potting, flanges, jam nuts and panel cut-outs to your drawing.
Performance
Higher current, voltage, temperature, pressure or sealing requirements reviewed per project and tested to your requirements.
Marking and packaging
Your part numbers, colour codes, labels and packaging.

Samples
Samples are made to your order. Third-party testing to your specification is available on request.
Your approval
You test the samples in your own equipment and approve them.
Series production
Production follows the approved sample configuration.
