Compact circular connectors for high-voltage, high-power circuits — up to 300 A per contact and 3500 V withstanding voltage, sealed to IP65.
Electric drives, battery systems and power electronics need connectors that carry hundreds of amps at high voltage in a small, sealed and shielded package, and that stay locked under vibration.
Our J599HV series combines 38999-style threaded coupling with large power contacts from 80 A to 300 A, 3500 V withstanding voltage, IP65 sealing, EMI shielding and an optional high-voltage interlock. Crimp, solder and bolted contacts are available, with straight, 90° or 45° backshells.
For bayonet power connections, XCD carries 25 to 300 A per contact on hyperboloid sockets, and KH packs contacts from 5 A up to 800 A into a compact bayonet shell, with a hermetic through-bulkhead version.

How to choose
Current per contact
Choose the contact size from the current: size 6 (80 A) to size 4/0 (300 A). Allow for ambient temperature and cable size.
Voltage
State your working voltage; the connector is tested at 3500 V withstanding voltage.
Interlock
Choose the 02 version if your system needs a high-voltage interlock loop.
Termination and cable exit
Crimp, solder or bolted contacts; straight, 90° or 45° backshells to suit the installation space.
