Liquid-Cooling Fluid Connectors

Push-pull bayonet fluid connectors that connect liquid-cooling modules and pipework in rugged electronics, with double seals and low spillage.

Liquid-cooled electronics need fluid connectors that couple with one hand, seal while connecting and disconnecting, and keep pressure drop low.

LTK-T connectors (−55 to +175 °C, nickel-fluorocarbon finish) and TSA connectors (anodized aluminum or stainless steel, 1000 mating cycles) cover bores from 3 to 20 mm, 20 bar working pressure and flows up to 94 L/min. Both are shock and vibration tested with pressurized fluid.

How to choose

Flow and pressure drop

Pick the bore from your flow: 2 L/min (3 mm) to 94 L/min (20 mm); LTK-T Kv values are published.

Temperature

LTK-T to +175 °C; TSA with EPDM to +95 °C or fluorosilicone to +155 °C.

Spillage

TSA spillage per mating 0.002 to 0.09 cm³.

Body material

Aluminum with T finish (LTK-T); anodized aluminum or stainless steel (TSA).

Options beyond the standard connector

High-voltage power connectors

J599HV for the same power electronics.
