MIL-DTL-5015-type circular connectors for rail vehicles, machine tools and industrial power — threaded and reverse-bayonet, IP65 and IP67, contacts up to 150 A.
Rail vehicles, machine tools and industrial power systems need rugged circular connectors that carry both control signals and power, lock securely under vibration and survive oil, water and fire tests.
Our HMS31 family follows the MIL-DTL-5015 system: HMS31 with threaded coupling, HMS31-K with reverse bayonet and solder contacts, and HMS31-KY with crimp contacts built to NF F 61-030 for rail vehicles. VG31 is built to VG 95234 for rail and maglev equipment. Contacts range from 13 A to 150 A, with test voltages up to 7000 V.
XC is our GJB 2889 bayonet family with hyperboloid sockets, 1 to 62 contacts and crimp, solder, PCB and hermetic versions; YSC is a MIL-C-5015-type IP67 power connector for film, lighting and broadcast equipment.

Coupling
Threaded HMS31 for fixed installations; reverse-bayonet HMS31-K, HMS31-KY and VG31 for fast mating.
Rail standards
HMS31-KY for NF F 61-030 and NF F 16-102; VG31 for VG 95234.
Service rating
Choose the insert arrangement by circuit count and service rating (Instrument to C, 1000–7000 V test voltage).
Termination
Solder (HMS31, HMS31-K) or crimp (HMS31-KY, VG31).
