GRT High-Temperature Connectors, up to +500 °C
−55 to +500 °C · stainless steel · hermetic receptacles
Circular connectors for hot zones — up to +500 °C — and thermocouple connectors with compensating-alloy contacts.
Standard connectors lose insulation and contact force above about 200 °C. Near engines, exhausts, furnaces and test rigs you need glass or ceramic insulation, stainless-steel shells and contacts that keep their spring at temperature.
Our GRT connectors run up to +500 °C, PRG up to +400 °C, and J599 Series III MT versions up to +260 °C. For temperature measurement, PPH25M connectors use chromel, alumel and nickel-copper contacts so thermocouple signals pass through without extra error.
| Series | Temperature | Contacts | Current rating | Shell |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| GRT | −55 to +500 °C | 2 to 5 | 7.5–13 A | Stainless steel |
| PRG | −60 to +400 °C | 2 to 47 | 7–10 A (25 / 50 A version) | Threaded, shells 20–60 |
| PPH25M | −60 to +200 °C | 4 to 47 | — | Threaded, M24 to M64 |
