O-Ring Sealed High-Current Feedthrough Studs, up to 1000 A

105–1000 A · stainless steel · O-ring seal

O-ring sealed studs mount through a threaded hole or panel and seal with a fluorosilicone, FKM or HNBR O-ring. The stainless-steel body carries a copper stud in epoxy insulation for currents up to 1000 A. Leak rate is below 1 × 10⁻⁸ Pa·m³/s at 0.1 MPa differential, and every unit is pressure-tested.
