Frequently asked questions

How are your hermetic connectors sealed and tested?

ZH28 and CT-M use glass seals; CT-M shows no leakage at 152 kPa, and the K series is leak-tested at 101 kPa. Each series page lists its sealing and test values.

Do you make hermetic 38999-type receptacles?

Yes. J599G is available in hermetic versions, and SHX10 glass-sealed receptacles are rated 10 MPa mated for subsea housings.

Can you build to my drawing or part number?

Yes. Every series can be customized. We make shells, contacts and insulators in our own factory, so we can change a configuration or design a new connector for your equipment.

Can I get samples first?

Yes. Samples are built to order so you can verify them before series production. Third-party testing is available on request.

What are your MOQ and lead times for samples and production?

The minimum order quantity is 10 pcs. Samples take 4–8 weeks, and production orders take 4–8 weeks. Send your drawing or part number; we will acknowledge your inquiry by email within 1 business day.
