CT-M receptacles are small glass-to-metal sealed (glass-solder sealed) hermetic receptacles for equipment that must stay gas-tight across a bulkhead or enclosure wall. They show no leakage at 152 kPa pressure differential, operate from −55 to +200 °C and resist fluid immersion.

What does glass-to-metal sealed mean?
Each contact is fused into the shell with glass, so gas and moisture cannot pass through the connector. CT-M shows no leakage at 152 kPa pressure differential.
