38999 Series III-Type Fiber-Optic and Hybrid Connectors
Fiber + power + coax + data in one 38999 shell · ≤ 0.6 dB
These connectors combine optical fiber, power, 50 Ω coax, shielded, twinax and differential contacts in one 38999 Series III-type shell. Different contact types of the same size are interchangeable in the insert, so one connector can carry power, microwave signals, high-speed data and fiber. Construction is marine grade for acid salt spray, acid atmosphere and mould.

Yes. Hybrid layouts put fiber contacts alongside power, coax and data contacts in one 38999-type shell; contacts of the same size are interchangeable in the insert.

Yes. Plugs and receptacles are usually supplied as cable assemblies; optical performance of assemblies is agreed with you.
