Custom Cable Assemblies and Wire Harnesses

Our connectors · your cable and length · sealed, shielded, high-power

We build cable assemblies and wire harnesses around our own connectors, backshells and caps, so the connector, cable exit and shield termination are designed together. Typical builds are energy-storage and EV high-voltage harnesses, sealed and shielded harnesses, RF coaxial assemblies, high-temperature assemblies and harnesses for test equipment.

Key features

  • Connectors, backshells and caps from our own production
  • Energy-storage harnesses: high-power connectors, finished cable, backshells and outer jacket for battery racks
  • EV high-voltage harnesses between battery pack, PDU and other high-voltage units, sealed against sand and water
  • Sealed harnesses: braid shield under fluid-resistant heat-shrink tubing, resistant to heat and oil
  • RF coaxial assemblies with impedance-matched cable, 50 Ω or 75 Ω
  • High-temperature assemblies with high-temperature textile jacket, long-term operation at 200 °C
  • Lightweight test and measurement harnesses with braid shield and nylon braid jacket
  • Vulcanized watertight assemblies for underwater equipment (see subsea cable assemblies)

Frequently asked questions

What do you need to quote a cable assembly?

A drawing or sketch with connectors at each end, wire list, cable type or requirements (current, voltage, temperature, flexing), length and quantity. If you only have the application, describe it and we will propose a build.

Can you use connectors that are not on this site?

Our assemblies are built around our own connectors so we can control sealing and shielding. If your design needs another connector at one end, tell us and we will review it per project.

Do you make prototypes?

Yes. We quote the configuration, build samples, test them to your requirements, and move to series production after your validation.

From sample to production

  1. Send your requirement

Part number, drawing, pin-out or a short description of your application.

  2. Configuration and quote

Our engineers match the configuration and reply with a drawing and quotation.

  3. Samples

Samples are made to your order. Third-party testing to your specification is available on request.

  4. Your approval

You test the samples in your own equipment and approve them.

  5. Series production

Production follows the approved sample configuration.
