SHX15 is a threaded circular connector with added watertight sealing, designed with reference to GJB 2889B. Passivated stainless-steel shells, solder contacts and five-key polarization make it suitable for shipboard and outdoor equipment. Mated, it withstands 0.5 MPa hydrostatic pressure.

How do I seal the cable end?
Use the SHX15LFJJP mechanical backshell (packing-gland clamp with 360° shielding) or the SHX15QG potted backshell, and sealing caps for unmated connectors.
