J55302 High-Density 2.54 mm PCB Connectors, 90 to 240 Contacts
2.54 mm grid · up to 240 contacts · guide-pin polarized

45–240 contacts · wire-spring sockets · 1000 cycles
PDS rectangular connectors pack 45 to 240 contacts in three rows on a 2.54 mm grid. They are built to GJB 1438/1 with reference to MIL-DTL-55302, polarized against mis-mating, and rated for 1000 mating cycles. Sockets are wire-spring (hyperboloid) or leaf-spring types; tails are right-angle or straight dip-solder, wire-wrap or solder.

GJB 1438/1 (MIL-DTL-55302 type) — Printed-circuit connectors.
Values not listed above — for example vibration level, leak rate or other environmental tests — can be tested to your requirements, including third-party testing. Specifications are subject to change; contact us for the current datasheet.
A hyperboloid wire-spring socket grips the pin with many fine wires around its circumference, giving low contact resistance, low insertion force and long life.
Part number, drawing, pin-out or a short description of your application.
Our engineers match the configuration and reply with a drawing and quotation.
Samples are made to your order. Third-party testing to your specification is available on request.
You test the samples in your own equipment and approve them.
Production follows the approved sample configuration.
Send your part number, pin-out or drawing. An engineer will reply by email.
